Ordering

Our minimum order is 12 pieces — all with the same design. This applies to most products including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, and polos. Samples are only available for orders of 72+ pieces.

All 12 pieces must share the same design, but you can mix sizes freely within that order at no extra cost.

The process is simple:

  • Step 1: Fill out our Custom Order Form with your design details, quantity, garment preferences, and deadline.
  • Step 2: We review your request and send back a free quote within 1 business day.
  • Step 3: Approve the quote and submit payment via PayPal invoice (no PayPal account needed — just pay by card).
  • Step 4: We print and ship your order. Standard turnaround is up to 11 business days.

For rush orders, call us directly at 708-506-1475.

We use PayPal invoices for all orders. You do not need a PayPal account — when you receive the invoice, simply select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" to checkout without creating an account.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Samples are available for orders of 72 pieces or more. We require a non-refundable deposit of $60–$150 (depending on the order) to produce a sample.

Important: since our turnaround times vary, samples are only available when there's sufficient lead time before your full order needs to ship. Contact us as early as possible if you need a sample.

Because all orders are custom-printed to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, if there is a printing error on our part — wrong colors, incorrect placement, or defects — we will reprint or refund affected items.

Cancellations before production begins may be honored depending on how far along the order is. Contact us immediately at 708-506-1475 if you need to cancel.

Yes. We offer price breaks at the following quantities: 12 24 36 48 60 72 100 144 200 250 300 400+

Each tier brings your per-shirt cost down. If you're close to the next break, it's often worth ordering a few extra to hit that tier.

Setup fees vary by order and are included in your custom quote. If you need us to create artwork for you (rather than supplying your own), we charge a design fee depending on complexity — simple text-based designs are less expensive than complex illustrations.

If you supply print-ready artwork (vector files preferred), setup costs are minimal. See our Design FAQ for file requirements.

Shipping is calculated separately based on your order size and destination. We ship throughout the US. Shipping costs are included in your final invoice after your quote is approved.

For local customers in the Chicago/Oak Lawn area, local pickup may be available — ask us when submitting your order.

Design & Artwork

We prefer vector files for the best print quality:

  • .AI Adobe Illustrator (preferred)
  • .EPS Encapsulated PostScript
  • .PDF Vector PDF
  • .SVG Scalable Vector Graphics

We also accept high-resolution raster files (300 DPI or higher at print size): .PNG .PSD .TIFF. Standard JPEGs and low-resolution images are generally not suitable for screen printing.

You can upload artwork directly in our custom order form (up to 3 files, max 1GB each).

No problem. We can create custom artwork for you. Just describe your design concept in the "Additional Notes" field of our order form — include text, imagery ideas, colors, and any reference images you have.

Design fees vary based on complexity. Simple text-based designs (event name, date, slogan) are less expensive than custom illustrations. We'll include a design quote along with your production quote.

We can print designs up to 12.5 inches wide by 13.5 inches tall almost anywhere on the garment — full front, full back, upper chest, sleeve, or hood.

For most designs, a standard front print (10–12" wide) works well. If you want printing in multiple locations (e.g. front and back), note that in your order form — each location is priced separately.

Yes. You can add prints to multiple locations on the same garment — front, back, sleeves, hood, and more. Each additional print location adds to the cost.

Common combinations include: full front + upper back, upper chest + full back, or left chest + full back.

Ink & Glow Effect

No — and this is our biggest differentiator. Our glow-in-the-dark ink is photoluminescent, meaning it absorbs energy from any light source and releases it in the dark. Regular sunlight, indoor lighting, and fluorescent lights all charge the ink.

UV/black lights will also make the shirts glow, but they're not required. Your shirts will glow outdoors at night, in a dark room, or anywhere the lights go down.

We offer the following glow ink colors: Green Blue Orange Pink/Red Yellow Purple

Because we mix our inks in-house, we can offer the full color spectrum — including colors that most competitors simply cannot produce. We also offer non-glowing and metallic inks if you want to combine glow with a standard print.

After full exposure to light, our ink typically glows brightly for 1–3 hours and then fades gradually over the next several hours. Brief re-exposure to any light source will recharge the glow immediately.

For events, we recommend ensuring participants are in well-lit areas before the lights-out moment for maximum brightness.

Our inks are screen-printed and durable with proper care. We recommend:

  • Wash inside out in cold water
  • Use a gentle or delicate cycle
  • Tumble dry low or air dry
  • Do not iron directly on the printed area
  • Do not dry clean

With proper care, the glow effect will last the normal life of the garment.

Dark shirts produce the most dramatic glow effect. Black, navy, dark grey, and dark colors create the highest contrast when the glow activates in the dark. Light-colored shirts still glow, but the contrast is less stark.

In daylight, glow ink on a light shirt may be barely visible — which creates a stunning surprise when the lights go down. This "invisible design" effect is very popular for surprise reveals at events.

Shipping & Turnaround

Standard production turnaround is up to 11 business days after your order is confirmed and payment received. This does not include shipping transit time.

Large orders of 400+ pieces may require a longer production timeline. We'll communicate this during the quoting process.

Yes, we ship throughout the United States. We also ship internationally — include your international address in the order form and we'll include international shipping costs in your quote.

Local customers in the Chicago/Oak Lawn, IL area may be able to arrange pickup. Ask us when submitting your order.

Yes. You can mix sizes (S, M, L, XL, 2XL, etc.) freely within your order as long as all pieces share the same design. There's no extra charge for size mixing.

Note that the minimum of 12 pieces applies to the total order quantity, not per size.

Yes. We work with a variety of reputable brands and can discuss garment options during the quoting process. Popular choices include Bella+Canvas, Gildan, Next Level, and others depending on the garment type.

Different brands vary in price, fit, and fabric weight — we're happy to make recommendations based on your use case and budget.

Rush Orders

Any order that needs to ship in fewer than 11 business days from when the order is confirmed is considered a rush. This includes 1-day, 3-day, 5-day, and 7-day turnarounds.

Call us directly at 708-506-1475. Rush orders are time-sensitive and need to be confirmed over the phone to ensure we can meet your deadline. Don't rely solely on the online form for rush requests.

Rush fees vary based on how quickly you need the order and the current production load. Generally, shorter deadlines mean higher rush fees. We'll give you the full cost upfront when you call — no surprises.
